How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed here within 1-3 business days and will take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on shipping method selected at time of order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently ship by UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

An email is sent after your order is shipped and contains a linkable tracking number to check on the status of your shipment.

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?

Orders are processed usually within 24 hours of order receipt, leaving a short window for order changes. If you want to change an order you just placed, contact support@vicklore.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been picked and packed then we can make changes. If the order is already processed for pickup by the courier, you can elect to return the item.
